Process

From crash scene to your inbox
in under 24 hours.

Our automated pipeline pulls directly from TxDOT's official CRIS database every night and delivers a formatted intelligence report each morning.

01

Nightly Data Pull

Our pipeline queries TxDOT's CRIS system every night, pulling all reported Dallas County crashes — including injury severity, contributing factors, and VIN-level vehicle data.

02

Fault Analysis

Every crash is analyzed for contributing factors. Vehicles with no contributing factor on record are flagged as potential plaintiff cases — highlighted in green for immediate review.

03

Delivered to Your Firm

A formatted PDF report lands in your inbox each morning — organized by date, flagged by severity, and ready to hand directly to your intake team.

Intelligence Fields

Every field your intake
team needs.

Each crash record includes the data points that determine whether a case is worth pursuing — before you've spent a dollar on outreach.

Injury Severity Classification

Every crash is classified using TxDOT's KABCO scale — Fatal, Serious, Minor, Possible, or Not Injured — so your intake team can instantly triage by case value.

Fault & Contributing Factors

Contributing factors recorded by the responding officer are shown for every vehicle. Green rows indicate no contributing factor — your highest-probability plaintiff candidates.

VIN-Level Vehicle Data

Year, make, model, and VIN for every unit involved. Use VINs to verify insurance coverage, identify commercial vehicles, and support subrogation analysis.

Exact Crash Location

Street name, intersecting street, city, and GPS coordinates for every crash. Know exactly where each incident occurred for jurisdiction and venue analysis.

Occupant-Level Injury Data

Driver and passenger injury status for each vehicle — including age, gender, and injury severity — so you know exactly who was hurt and how seriously.

Manner of Collision

Rear-end, angle, sideswipe, head-on, single-vehicle — collision type is decoded and displayed for every crash, giving your attorneys instant liability context.

The Timing Advantage

Speed is the only thing
that separates firms.

In personal injury, the first attorney to reach an injured party wins the engagement the majority of the time. Every day of delay is market share you're handing to a competitor.
